A massive fire broke out in a cow shed in Gajsinghpur area of the Sriganganagar district of Rajasthan on Friday night. Upon receiving the information, the police administration along with several fire tenders reached to the spot and the operation to douse the fire is still underway. There
"This is a big fire, we got the information around 5:35 pm...Around 26-27 fire tenders are at the spot, and firefighting operations are underway. There are no casualties...," Manesar Fire Station Officer Rameshwar Singh said.
"Fire broke out in a scrap yard. As soon as we received information, our fire brigade teams responded to it. We are trying to ensure that the fire does not spread further...," Assistant Director of Fire and Emergency Department Udhampur, Sarvesh Langer said speaking to ANI in the early hours
According to the police, "At least 15-20 people, including the President of Rai Industrial Area, were injured in the fire incident at Sonipat. The injured were rushed to a hospital shortly after the blaze engulfed the factory."
