In his notice, Tewari wrote to the Lok Sabha Secretary General, saying that reports in the public domain suggest that a private company is establishing a large renewable energy facility near the Indo-Pakistan border.
"We are grateful to the court, the public prosecutor Manish Rawat and the IO Jagdish Kumar who worked very hard on this... On the 18th of February, the court will pronounce the sentence..." Advocate Phoolka told reporters.
Tewari also pointed that Punjab, being a border state, needs to be handled very carefuly and the Centre needs to have a 'border policy' for the border states.
