Kolkata Police on Tuesday said it had registered a case in connection with the student death at Jadavpur University on a complaint lodged by the leader of Opposition in the West Bengal Assembly, Suvendu Adhikari.
West Bengal Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Sukanta Majumdar on Monday hit out at state chief minister Mamata Banerjee and said that you are in the INDIA alliance but India is not with you. India is with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
