Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's close aide Bibhav Kumar on Wednesday moved the Delhi High Court seeking direction to declare his arrest by Delhi Police as illegal and in gross violation of the provisions of Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) on May 28 designated three individuals, Yunhe Wang, Jingping Liu, and Yanni Zheng, for their activities associated with the malicious botnet tied to the residential proxy service known as 911 S5.

The Tis Hazari court on Tuesday granted Delhi Police three days custody for the interrogation of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bibhav Kumar. He was produced before the court after the expiry of four days of judicial custody.
The court said that the investigation is at an initial stage and that the chances of influencing witnesses and tampering with evidence cannot be ruled out.

Swati Maliwal who was presented in the hearing opposed the bail plea saying she was receiving threats after recording her statement before the court. She broke down in tears during the hearing.
