Union Minister Giriraj Singh on Tuesday said that RJD leaders Tej Pratap Yadav, Hema Yadav and others accused in the Land for Jobs scam case got bail under the law, adding that there is the rule of law and the government is not involved in the matter.
The CBI said that the prosecution sanction had been obtained for all the accused. The court has to take cognisance. Senior advocate D P Singh appeared for the CBI and said that a list of 30 common witnesses is prepared.
