In a tit-for-tat move, S Manohar, General Secretary of Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC), lodged a complaint against JD(S) leaders HD Kumaraswamy and Ramesh Gowda with Bengaluru's police commissioner on Thursday, alleging threats and derogatory remarks.
