The officials said that a passenger identified as Shamnas was arriving from Dubai and he was intercepted on the basis of profiling done by the officers of the Air Intelligence Unit (AIU).

Customs officials seized an undeclared Indian currency valued at Rs 4,42,060 lakh and demonetised notes worth Rs 29,41,000 at Kochin International Airport from two passengers, officials said on Wednesday.
During the examination of the said passenger, gold in the form of paste concealed in a pocket stitched separately on his underwear was found, officials said.
According to officials, the seized gold, which was concealed by the passenger in the waistband of his pant and a specially stitched pocket of his undergarment, was in paste form.
