All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Saturday condemned the alleged killing of two men in Haryana's Bhiwani and said that they were inhuman killings by a so-called 'Gau-Rakshak' gang.
Five people were killed, including three women and 5 others were injured after an auto in which there were travelling collided with a school bus here in Haryana's Palwal area, police said on Saturday.
"Enough. We are 48 days into the year and our nation has already suffered at least 73 mass shootings. Thoughts and prayers aren't enough. Gun violence is an epidemic and Congress must act now," the US president said on the mass shooting in Tate County, Mississippi, according to a White House
Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam leader Udhayanidhi Stalin on Friday reacted to the recent arrest of DMK councillor Chinnasamy for allegedly killing an Armyman in Krishnagiri district of Tamil Nadu, saying action has been taken against the accused.
IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon confirmed that two terrorists were killed in the exchange of fire with the law enforcers and police cleared the third floor of the Karachi Police Office (KPO) - the additional inspector general (AIG) Karachi office adjacent to the Saddar police station.
"BJP is actively promoting such radicalised elements who in the garb of being 'Gau-Rakshaks' are killing people and indulging in extortion. They should stop promoting such people," Owaisi said.
