Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior vice president Fawad Chaudhry on Sunday said if a final date for the next general election is not announced by December 20 then the party will order the dissolution of assemblies in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, reported Geo News.
The TTP gained considerable ground and increased its footprint and magnitude of activities during the peace talks process, The News International newspaper reported.

The list of designated terrorists includes Osama Mehmood the emir of AQIS, Atif Yahya Ghouri the deputy emir of AQIS and Muhammad Maruf, responsible for AQIS' recruiting branch. The State Department has also designated the deputy emir of TTP Qari Amjad, who oversees operations and militants
The statement comes days after PTI chairman Imran Khan announced plans to "quit the corrupt system and leave all the assemblies". However, the PTI has yet to announce a date for the dissolution of assemblies in Punjab and KP, where the PTI is in power.
Pakistan's Foreign Minister Zardari said that the PTI Members of the National Assembly who had previously submitted their resignations were still earning their salaries.
