Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday launched a scathing attack on Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, terming the November 30 Assembly election as a fight between 'Dorala Telangana' (Telangana for dynasts) and 'Prajala Telangana' (Telangana for masses).
