Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Sunday approved reinstating Chengam G Kumar into the positions of President of District Congress Committee, Tiruvannamalai and the State Convener of the Rajiv Gandhi Panchayat Raj Santathan (RGPRS) with immediate effect.
