As the country awaits the grand 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony of Shri Ram Lalla at Ayodhya's Ram Temple, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Sunday expressed happiness over the same, stating that it is a 'historic moment'.
