Ramban Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kulbir Singh said on Thursday that the security arrangements have been put in place ahead of the Assembly polls in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, on Thursday shared that he has declined an invitation by Oxford Union, to debate on Kashmir. While stating the reason he shared that the problem is "that the motion was that the House believes that Kashmir is an independent state. How can this question be raised?"
