The eyewitness of the Kanjhawala case, Nidhi, on Saturday identified two accused, Amit Khanna and Manoj Mittal, who were allegedly present in the car that hit and dragged the deceased Anjali.
The incident took place in the intervening night of December 31, 2022 and January 1, 2023. Her scooty was hit by a car on New Year's Eve. An FIR was lodged at Police Station Sultanpuri.

The Delhi High Court has recently refused to grant anticipatory bail to a member of Gogi Gang. Accused Rahul Dogra had sought the relief in an extortion case of Police Station Kanjhawala.
While granting bail, the High Court said that, at this stage, it cannot be said that these accused had the intention to cause the accident. Whether they conspired in the offence or not, is a matter of trial.
The Delhi High Court on Friday sought a response from Delhi Police on a plea moved by Krishan, an accused in the Kanjhawla hit-and-run case of January 2023. Krishan has been charged with the offence of murder.
