Speaking about the failure to arrive at a seat-sharing arrangement with Akhilesh Yadav in Madhya Pradesh Assembly polls, state Congress president Kamal Nath on Sunday said that he tried his best but could not convince "his people" about the seats the Samajwadi Party chief was demanding.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Sunday took a dig at the Congress Party and said that there are factions within the party adding that Congress has become Kamal Nath's Congress in Madhya Pradesh.

Targeting the BJP ahead of the state assembly polls which is scheduled to be held next month, Nath wrote on X (formerly twitter), "BJP is fighting a battle for survival not for the assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh."
CM Chouhan said, "Now I want to ask Kamal Nath, why do you do such work that you have to face abuses? If you have to face abuse, then don't face it yourself and give power of attorney to someone else to face it."
Speaking to ANI, Patel in Delhi said, "I feel that the certificate is with Congress. To say what union home minister Amit Shah's son and Anurag Thakur do is sophistry. So, I think Congress has nothing to answer, they are used to dynasty politics, appeasement, lying and spreading confusion. C
