Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Shatrughan Sinha on Sunday participated in an election campaign in support of Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Atishi, who is contesting from the Kalkaji constituency ahead of the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections.
"I have come to know that money and liquor is being distributed in large quantities inside camp areas, especially Nehru Camp, Navjeevan Camp, Transit Camp A& B and Pocket A14, Kalkaji," the AAP candidate alleged in her letter.

Delhi High Court disposed of the petition of Rajan Singh, a transgender candidate of the Aam Janata Party from the Kalkaji assembly constituency seeking security due to threat after perusing the assessment report filed by the Delhi police. Police said that there was no threat to him.
Congress candidate from the Kalkaji assembly constituency, Alka Lamba has targeted the BJP and AAP accusing them of diverting people's attention from real issues and contesting election only for power.

On Delhi CM Atishi's allegations, Bidhuri told ANI, "She (Atishi) is frustrated. AAP has no workers left. Around 140 prominent workers of AAP have joined the BJP within the last 8 days...It would have been better if she had told about the work done in the last 5 years instead of diverting
In his letter to the Returning Officer of the Kalkaji Seat, Bidhuri claimed that Atishi has hired paid workers from other assembly constituencies for campaigning.
On Delhi CM Atishi's allegations against the BJP, Lamba said, "I do not know what is the matter between them (AAP and the BJP). There is only one issue to divert the attention from the issues (of the public.) As far as I am concerned, I am available every time there in every street of Kalka
Delhi Chief Minister and AAP leader Atishi wrote a letter to the Election Officer of Delhi, alleging that Delhi Police is trying to close the complaint against BJP workers who allegedly intimidated AAP volunteers on January 21 and 22 and sought transfers of accused police officials.
"Ramesh Bidhuri and his workers are not contesting elections, they are doing hooliganism We demand from the Election Commission that action should be taken in this matter," Atishi said in a press conference.
