"The people of Delhi have been cheated a lot. The Aam Aadmi Party which used to say that we will work for the common man, has forgotten the common man and has become Khas Aadmi Party," Gahlot said.
Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Nangloi Jat Raghuvinder Shokeen on Friday took oath as a minister in the Delhi cabinet, replacing Kailash Gahlot who had resigned from his post and joined Bharatiya Janata Party.
Earlier on November 17, Kailash Gahlot, former transport minister in the Delhi government resigned from his post and the party and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) the subsequent day.
Gehlot, who resigned from AAP on Sunday citing deep concerns over the party's direction and internal challenges, joined the BJP in the presence of Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and other BJP leaders.
After former Minister and AAP leader Kailash Gahlot joined the BJP, party leader and Hamirpur MP Anurag Thakur on Monday alleged that Aam Aadmi Party has broken all the "records" of Congress in corruption.
Meanwhile, in a major setback to the Aam Aadmi Party ahead of the Delhi Assembly polls, former Minister and AAP leader Kailash Gahlot joined the BJP on Monday.
