Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar on Wednesday targeted the opposition for walking out during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's speech, saying that it sets a dangerous precedent against democratic values.

As proceedings of Rajya Sabha began this morning, Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhhar offered condolences on the loss of lives in the stampede in Hathras in Uttar Pradesh.
