Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Saturday urged the Rajasthan Government to provide proper treatment and assistance to the Congress workers of Himachal Pradeshs Lahaul Spiti district, who met with the accident.
Vikramaditya Singh, son of former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Thursday said that he is ready to fulfil any responsibility that Congress decides to give him, adding that the new cabinet will be a blend of experience and youth.
"He urged all the party leaders to work for the people of the state unitedly and implement the promises made in the manifesto so that fruits of development could reach to the poorest of the poor," it added.
New Congress government in the state is free to review the decisions of the previous government, said Himachal Pradesh former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur.
Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu of Himachal Pradesh performed 'puja' at Hanuman temple Jakhu in Shimla. He also went around the temple complex and gave the necessary directions for its development.
The BJP has warned of an aggressive movement against the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh if they withdraw the welfare-oriented decisions of the previous Jairam Thakur government in the hill-state.
