Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla and Lady Governor Janaki Shukla organised 'At Home' on the occasion of the 77th Republic Day at Rajbhavan on Monday.
"On the occasion of Republic Day, I extend my best wishes to all the people of the state. May the state progress, and may all the people of the state contribute to it. Prime Minister Modi's vision is to make India a developed India by 2047," Jairam Thakur said.
According to an official release, the event commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag by Chief Justice GS Sandhawalia, followed by the National Anthem, played by Himachal Pradesh Police Band.
