AIIMS Rishikesh Director Dr Meenu Singh said that four people are in critical condition after the stampede at Haridwar's Mansa Devi Temple on Sunday morning.
President of Mansa Devi Mandir Trust, Mahant Ravindra Puri, clarified that the stampede was not an incident of electrocution, further stating that the incident occurred when someone slipped in the temple, causing the stampede.
