The explosion took place on March 19, in a residential house in Ghorqand village, in the vicinity of Ferozkoh, the provincial capital of Ghor province.
The official further said that one 9mm Pistol, 2 magazines and 30 rounds of ammunition, 2 Chinese hand grenades and one detonator were recovered from their possession.
According to officials, the first incident took place in the jurisdiction of Regi police station when unknown militants hurled a grenade, which fell in an open area around the Malazai police post. There were no casualties in the attack.
