Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu on Monday said that state is a peaceful place and everyone is safe here after reports of violence in the Kullu district.
"The arrested drug smuggler was en route to deliver drug consignment after retrieving from the border area," Director General of Police (DGP), Punjab Gaurav Yadav said.
Extensive checking of vehicles and suspicious people has also been ordered by the DGP Punjab. All the inter-state and inter-district boundaries in the state have been sealed.
