As 'Operation Kaveri' continues to bring stranded Indians back to the country from conflict-hit Sudan, another flight carrying 231 passengers landed in Mumbai on Wednesday.
"20th batch of evacuees arrives in Jeddah from Port Sudan. IAF C-130J flight brings 116 evacuees," the Indian Embassy in Saudi Arabia said in the statement.
"The two Go First flights - one from Srinagar to Mumbai and another from Delhi to Mumbai - that were diverted to Surat airport, have now departed from Surat," said Surat Airport Director Rupesh Kumar.
"I have my flight to Mumbai, as I reached the airport there was nobody at the counter...we asked to adjust us to other flights but the airline is only talking about giving us a refund," said Gurvinder Singh the passenger.
