According to police, the two men murdered the Nigerian national by firing multiple bullets at him under the jurisdiction of the Nihal Vihar police station on July 6.
"Negligence in such cases will not be tolerated. Whoever is guilty will not be spared. The security of all hospitals will be reviewed," Bhardwaj said while speaking to ANI.
The arrested person was identified as Abhishek Taneja, alias Piddi. One pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from his possession, the police said.
