G-20's India Coordinator, Harsh Vardhan Shringla said that the developing countries that have felt adverse impacts of the pandemic and the consequence of the Ukraine conflict look to India's presidency for the solution.
India and Guyana held the 4th round of Foreign Office Consultations in Georgetown on November 28. During the meeting, the delegation of India and Guyana discussed regional and international issues of mutual interest and cooperation in multilateral bodies, including CARICOM.

Particular emphasis was laid on R&D and manufacturing in line with requirements of future wars. Both sides could strategise jointly and identify priority areas for co-development in line with India's Make in India policy.
The minister emphasised that countries have fashioned their national security decisions by applying technology. Jaishankar also pointed out that India cannot be agnostic about technology, saying that there is a very strong political connotation that is inbuilt into technology.
On November 16, Moscow hosted the fourth meeting of the Moscow Format of Consultations on Afghanistan. It was attended by special representatives and senior officials from a number of countries including Russia, China, Pakistan, Iran and India.
