"EC has refused to upload form 17C and number of votes polled per booth in each assembly despite several requests," the AAP chief said in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
"We need to clearly present the difference between two things. One is speculation - one can say that there were problems in the machines. The second is fact. I have not placed any speculation here. I have presented facts," Rahul Gandhi said.
"All election-related documents were found in proper order during the scrutiny process. The presence of observers, candidates and representatives ensured transparency and fairness in the electoral process," said the Delhi CEO.
