The Supreme Court on Wednesday asked why "a political party" has not been made an accused in matters pertaining to liquor policy irregularities as "a political party" is alleged to have benefitted from it.
The Enforcement Directorate on Wednesday arrested Aam Admi Party MP Sanjay Singh in connection with a money laundering case linked to the now-withdrawn new excise policy of Delhi, officials said.

The ED had earlier summoned Banerjee on October 3. However, Banerjee did not appear at the ED office on that date, owing to the party's MGNREGA protests in Delhi on the same date.
