Senior leaders arrived at the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam headquarters, Anna Arivalayam, in Chennai on Saturday to hold discussions on seat-sharing arrangements with the Indian National Congress for the upcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly elections 2026.
DM Chandra Prakash Singh, while speaking to ANI, said, "This is extraordinary, unforgettable. It feels as though Lord Krishna himself is playing Holi. The devotees are pleased with the preparations made here under the Chief Minister's directions.
Speaking to ANI, he said, "The original DMK, which is the old DMK, should be very careful. DMK has become almost like a mini retired AIADMK spa or a place where all of the old retired AIADMK people go and join."

DMK president and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin welcomed O. Panneerselvam into the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), calling him a "dear brother" and praising his humility and virtues.
Along with OPS, his son P Ravindhranath Kumar also joined DMK ahead of the forthcoming Tamil Nadu polls. O Panneerselvam was expelled from the party after a leadership tussle with Edappadi K Palaniswami back in 2022.
