The State Disaster Response Force has started a search operation after a young boy drowned in the overflowing river at Manjakote in the Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday.
Based on the requests received from the local administration due to flood-like situation after incessant rains in Gujarat, Indian Naval flood relief teams at Porbandar and Jamnagar were deployed to augment the Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) efforts in the state.

In the wake of torrential rainfall, flood victims were moved to the government relief camps in Agartala on Saturday to ensure they get the necessary facilities and be safe from the disaster.
