The Delhi Police on Saturday sought time to file a sanction under section 195 CrPC against accused Sakariya Rajesh Bhai Khimji and Syed Tahsin Raza, who are accused in the Delhi CM Attack case.
The Delhi police's clarification came while it continued its arguments opposing the bail pleas of Khalid, Imam and five others accused in the 2020 Delhi riots case, on Friday.
