Amidst the ongoing Haryana political crisis, Congress candidate from Rohtak Lok Sabha constituency Deepender Singh Hooda on Thursday said that after the three independent MLAs withdrew their support, the government in the state has come into a minority and should resign immediately.
Congress leader Deepender Hooda strongly criticized the BJP-led central government's use of central agencies against the opposition, questioning the appropriateness of such tactics in a democratic system.
"All that is happening in Haryana is because the public has decided to bring change. The public was upset with the present government in the state. We are keeping a close eye on the developments." said Congress MP Deepender Hooda.
Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Deepender Singh Hooda visited Jhajjar in Haryana as part of the 'Ghar-Ghar Congress' campaign ahead of the Lok Sabha elections on Thursday.
"Haryana is demanding that the government withdraw the Agniveer scheme. For 75 years, every countryman was proud of the country's army, that they have always done the work of keeping the country's flag high," Hooda told reporters here.

Condemning the derogatory remarks made by BJP MP Ramesh Bhiduri in the Lok Sabha against BSP MP Danish Ali, Congress leader Deepener Hooda said that it is unfortunate to see such language.
A nine-member delegation of senior Haryana Congress leaders, visiting Nuh district, where violence broke out days ago, was stopped by the police on Tuesday.
