A CBI court on Friday granted five days' remand to 3 arrested Railway employees, arrested in connection with the probe into the Blasore triple-train accident, for further interrogation.
After their arrest, the accused Sachin Sangwan, Aman Singh and Ravi Gupta were produced before the court amid heavy security. A heavy police force was deployed in view of the possibility of clashes between the groups of lawyers.
"The body of a woman was recovered inside a gunny bag in Mumbai's Worli area. As soon as Police received the information, our teams reached the spot, and took the body in custody," said the officials.
In this regard, the Additional Superintendent of Police of Sidhi, Anjulata Patle said that the accused is under interrogation and further legal action will be taken soon.
