RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Wednesday congratulated NDA nominee C P Radhakrishnan on being elected Vice President of India and hoped that he will work by taking both the ruling party and the opposition along.
The oath-taking ceremony of Vice President-elect Chandrapuram Ponnusamy Radhakrishnan is scheduled for the morning of September 12, Friday, at Rashtrapati Bhawan in New Delhi. President Droupadi Murmu will administer the oath of office.
Recalling the time when CP Radhakrishnan was born, his mother Janaki Ammal said that she had named his son after the former President of India, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.
