Tamil Nadu Congress President Selvaperundagai on Tuesday has announced that the party will stage a black flag protest against Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Tamil Nadu at Rameshwaram, highlighting concerns over federalism, state rights, and various policy issues.

CM Yadav made the remark while addressing a 'State-Level Praveshotsav' program held under 'School Chale Hum' Campaign 2025 in the state capital Bhopal on Tuesday.
"The Waqf Bill is for the benefit of poor Muslims...Schools and colleges will be built for them, and various works will be done for them. This bill is being brought for poor Muslims..." Kishan told ANI.
Meanwhile, the opposition party MPs walked out of the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) meeting, Gogoi said, while accusing the government of bulldozing its agenda and not listening to the opposition members.
