The Supreme Court Collegium on Thursday recommended the names of three judges for the appointment as Chief Justices of Uttarakhand, Orissa and Meghalaya High Courts, respectively.
The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on January 10 this year had approved the proposal for the elevation of Golmei Gaiphulshillu Kabui, Judicial Officers as Judges in the Manipur High Court.
The notification issued in this regard stated that, in exercise of the power conferred by the Constitution, the President, after consultation with Chief Justice, is pleased to appoint the Additional Judges of Allahabad High Court as Permanent Judges in that High Court.
The Central government through Ministry of Law and Justice on Thursday notified the appointment of Manjusha Ajay Deshpande Advocate, as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court.
The Centre Government through Ministry of Law and Justice on Wednesday notified the appointment of four Judges as Chief Justice of Telangana, Gujarat, Orissa and Kerala High Courts.
