On November 10, 2022, Narain was arrested after an FIR was registered on October 1 when he was posted as the chairman and managing director of the Delhi Financial Corporation. On October 17 he was suspended.
The state government has decided to ban internet service in Bagaha sub-division of West Champaran district. The state headquarters issued this order after miscreants went on a rampage in Bagaha. Net services have been banned as per the instructions of the Home Department.
