Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) President and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Wednesday took a dig at Congress and said that the grand old party had already ruled the state for 50 years and has done great injustice to Telangana.

A bench of Justices Aniruddha Bose and Bela M Trivedi said there was no material before it to show that there was any change of circumstances since the bail plea was last rejected by the Delhi High Court.
