"KCR govt looted people of Telangana": Congress leader Ajoy Kumar

The All India Congress Committee In-Charge of Communications for Telangana, Ajoy Kumar on Sunday took a dig at the Telangana government led by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao (popularly known as KCR), stating that the latter has "looted" the innocent people of Telangana.

Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], November 5 (ANI): The All India Congress Committee In-Charge of Communications for Telangana, Ajoy Kumar on Sunday took a dig at the Telangana government led by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao (popularly known as KCR), stating that Rao has "looted" the innocent people of Telangana.
"57% of women (in Telangana) are malnourished. People are not getting food. But, KCR and his family use expensive cars and watches. The vacancies are increasing in government hospitals", said Kumar told ANI.
"The budget is reduced...No promise has been fulfilled...This govt has looted the innocent people of Telangana..." he added.
Telangana will go for Assembly elections on November 30 and counting of votes, along with those of four other poll-bound states, has been scheduled for December 3.
Meanwhile, the Telangana Congress has launched the 'Bye Bye KCR' campaign, targeting the KCR government in the state. (ANI)
