In yet another appalling incident highlighting the deteriorating law and order situation in Bihar, unidentified assailants gunned down a lawyer in Patna's Sultanganj area on Sunday, police said.
According to the police, the victim, Surendra Kumar, a resident of Shivpura village, was working at his farm on Saturday when an unidentified assailant fired at him and fled the scene.
