Bihar Bharatiya Janata Party chief Dilip Jaiswal on Saturday slammed Congress over its proposed 'Vote Chor Gaddi Chhod Maha Rally' in the capital on December 14, saying that the party has no issues to raise and the people of Bihar had given an answer to opposition allegations.
