A Chinese citizen along with an associate was arrested for allegedly raping a college student on the pretext of taking her to China and marrying her, Bangladesh-based Prothom Alo reported citing the police.
According to the FIR, on August 25, one Indian male passenger namely Anupam Chowdhury, a resident of Nagpur in Maharashtra, having an Indian passport arrived from South Koreaat IGI Delhi. During questioning, the passenger was found to be a Bangladeshi national.
