AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal, who has charged assault allegations against Delhi Chief Minister's aide Bibhav Kumar lashed out at Delhi ministers and AAP leaders for "spreading lies" about "corruption FIR" against her and threatened to file a lawsuit against them.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday took a jibe at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and called him a "shameless person" for not resigning after going to jail.
"Arvind Kejriwal's silence on this incident (Swati Maliwal assault case) shows his double standards and the public has seen his real face now," Nadda said.

The Delhi High Court is scheduled to pass judgement on Tuesday, in the bail petitions moved by Manish Sisodia, Aam Aadmi Party leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi in connection with ED and CBI cases related to Delhi Excise Policy case.
