The Rouse Avenue court on Monday extended the interim protection granted to Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan till February 25 after hearing arguments on his anticipatory bail.
"I was at my residence, and when I was served a notice and summoned for questioning, then what's the point of arresting me?... Everything is in the court; I will say everything there," he told reporters at his residence today.
Khan has refused to comment on the matter, only saying " "I have been served a fresh notice. The case is sub-judice, so I would not like to say anything..."
