Gopal Rai emphasised the party's commitment to playing the role of a strong opposition and confirmed that the oath-taking ceremony for all AAP MLAs is scheduled for February 24, after which the party will announce its Leader of Opposition.
"What is more disturbing is the blatant and casual forwarding of the police report by the concerned SHO and ACP. Neither the SHO nor the ACP questioned the IO as to what took him 10 months when there was no investigation required to be done," the court said.
"I was at my residence, and when I was served a notice and summoned for questioning, then what's the point of arresting me?... Everything is in the court; I will say everything there," he told reporters at his residence today.
Khan has refused to comment on the matter, only saying " "I have been served a fresh notice. The case is sub-judice, so I would not like to say anything..."
