Toronto [Canada], August 16 (ANI): Over the course of a year, more than half of men, women, and transgender or gender nonconforming participants engaged in at least one "cheat meal" -- the practice of deviating from one's established dietary practises to consume "prohibited" calorie dense meals, only to return to previous dietary practises later, according to a new study.

It was so heavy that even a wrestler employed in the court could not have more than a couple of mouthfuls after a workout. Nuts have always inspired legend and lore creating a mystique around them.

The (then) 'hi-tech' gadget didn't lend itself to multi-stage cooking of Indian recipes and after resting a while as a baby white elephant was deployed in a different role. Left-over delicacies or, those ordered from takeaways could be put in the microwave for vessels and 'nuked' to be enjoyed piping hot. Some used it for cooking potatoes others for warming milk or tea and coffee. Truth be told, the micro hasn't made much headway since those early days. It should be credited though with popularising the idea of 'heat and eat'.
