New York (USA), Sep 29 (ANI): Foreign Secretary of India, Harsh Vardhan Shringla addressed the 76th Unites Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on the occasion of International Day for the Total Elimination of Nuclear Weapons. He said, “PM Modi has indicated India's openness to new ideas as manifest in an ancient text Rigved, which says that let noble thoughts come to us from all sites. India will engage with all member states towards realizing a nuclear weapon-free world.”
