Kathmandu (Nepal), May 11 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Nepal Prime Minister Nepal Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli released joint statements in Kathmandu on Friday. Nepal PM Khadga Prasad Oli on Friday said relations between neighbours are different from others adding that neighbours have always been Nepal's top priority. "We agreed to take concrete measures to realise the benefits of new partnership for agriculture and connectivity by rail links and waterways. We have agreed to address all matters by September 19, on our constitution Day," he added. Earlier, PM Modi and Nepal PM KP Oli laid the foundation stone of Arun 3- hydro power project in Kathmandu.
