Geneva (Switzerland), March 23 (ANI): Political activists from PoK and Gilgit-Baltistan held a protest outside the UN in Geneva on March 22. They demanded that Pakistan should vacate the occupied regions of PoK and Gilgit Baltistan. The protest was organized on sidelines of 55th Session of the UN Human Rights Council. Cases of human rights violations in these regions have been documented by various international organizations. These violations include restrictions on freedom of expression, arbitrary arrests and detentions, extrajudicial killings, censorship, and media restrictions.
