Geneva (Switzerland), Mar 10 (ANI): Dušan Vejinovic, Senior Research Analyst of European think tank, European Foundation for South Asian Studies (EFSAS) while intervening during the General Debate at 37th session at UNHRC said “The UN Resolutions on Jammu & Kashmir of 13 August 1948 obligate the Pakistan to withdraw its forces from the State of Jammu & Kashmir”. “Contrary to the country’s diplomatic rhetoric, it is Pakistan which has denied the people of Jammu & Kashmir their fundamental human rights”, he added.
